Highfive is a cloud based video conferencing platform that enables businesses of any size to seamlessly communicate from anywhere, on any device. Highfive uses Mimeo to communicate the value of its technology to prospects and customers through the printing and distribution of their marketing content.
Interest & Evaluation
According to Highfive, there are an estimated 25 million conference rooms in the world, but only 4% have video conferencing capabilities. By emphasizing the benefits of video conferencing within the workplace, Highfive aims to help companies put video conferencing in every meeting room. For last year’s Dreamforce conference, the largest annual event held by Salesforce, Highfive created the booklet, Connected, a how-to-guide for video conferencing. They relied on Mimeo’s production and distribution capabilities to produce and deliver the book, which they offered to prospects at the conference.
Connected outlines 25 ways video conferencing creates a connected culture, including use cases ranging from employee onboarding to CEO presentations.
Additionally, Highfive developed a spiral bound success playbook, called The Pilot, for IT administrators taking part in Highfive’s beta program. This success playbook helped IT admins roll out Highfive within their organizations and assess its impact.
After a customer has purchased Highfive, the company provides on-boarding materials, including laminated conference room signage, table tent instructions, and other collateral to support their devices, all created using Mimeo. “Mimeo makes it easy for us to easily restock our collateral, even if we don’t have a lot of lead time.” – Jessica Shambora, Head of Customer Marketing.
Highfive continues to grow at a rapid pace. Their technology is on the verge of supporting over 1 million video conferencing minutes every week for its more than 600 customers.
