    having engaged in a great deal of RFPs and proposals, one of my favorites and the current program we use is the Qvidian software program which enables teams to more easily access, assemble, deliver, measure and manage sales content – check it out!

    Having worked for a company before and after the decision to utilize Qvidian’s proposal automation tool, I can attest to the incredible culture change their software instigated at my company. Prior to Qvidian, we were keeping proposal content in MS Word documents located on a shared drive. It was nearly impossible to find what we were looking for with each new RFP. With Qvidian, we no longer have to build each new RFP response framework from an old proposal (risking leaving the wrong customer’s name inside), and their Library is a great repository for our content. Everything is now organized by company topic and product, and the search engine helps us locate content much faster than before.
