New York, NY (February 27, 2013) – Mimeo, the leading online printing and content distribution solutions company, announced today that Adam Slutsky has decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer and the board has unanimously elected John Delbridge as Chief Executive Officer in addition to his current responsibilities as President. Mr. Slutsky, who has led Mimeo to 25% annualized growth since becoming CEO in 2005, will remain at the company through a transition period and will continue to serve the company as a member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Delbridge is a founding team member of Mimeo and has previously held positions including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently President of the Company. Mr. Delbridge played a critical role in transitioning the company from a U.S. based startup to global leader and was instrumental in raising capital, driving Mimeo’s growth across each of its businesses and spearheading Mimeo’s expansion to Western Europe in 2011.

Mr. Slutsky said, “The decision to move on at this time is made easy because of the keen intellect, broad experience, and dynamic leadership skills of John Delbridge. There is no question in my mind that John is going to take Mimeo to even greater heights.”
