Getting your end-users excited about your content is an important step to effective content distribution. 

Here are our best practices (and free templates) for how to get your users started on Mimeo Digital:

Whether you use our template or not, here are some best practices for what to include in your communication:

• Provide your custom URL and/or a link to the Mimeo Digital app in the store of their choice: Apple, Google Play, Windows, Amazon 
• If you created “assigned keys” (aka Direct Distribution) be clear that their content will be automatically populated in their library as soon as they log in. No further steps are required! 
• If you created “unassigned keys,” your end-user will need to redeem their content. First-time users can click through their custom key link. This will auto-populate the content into their library so all they have to do is set up their personal account. Remember: the link provided for each key can only be used by first-time users.
• For anyone who already has a Mimeo Digital account, be sure to share both your library’s custom URL and the end-user’s 12-digit alphanumeric key. Remind your users to redeem the content once they sign into their library.
