Mimeo inked an 11-year deal for the entire 23,722-square-foot 22nd floor of 3 Park Avenue between 33rd and 34th streets. It is the fourth tech firm to sign up for space at the building in the last year. Mimeo, a cloud based content distribution and printing company, plans to move into the space later this year and will join other tenants like Return Path, Cintra Software and Services and TransPerfect Translations International in the building. Mimeo’s current offices at 450 and 460 Park Avenue are spread across several floors.
