Speaker: Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones helps learning professionals and business managers start, grow, and manage learning communities of practice to keep learning and collaboration alive outside the classroom.

As a training manager with a global insurance company, Dan has launched learning communities for project management and corporate sales professionals that have grown to over 1,900 members each. He’s an experienced classroom trainer, webinar host, and social media for learning maven with over 25 years of experience in the training and development field.

Dan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and French from Grove City College, Pennsylvania, United States.

In addition, Dan earned a continuing education certificate in training and human resources development from the University of California at Berkeley, and a certificate in technical communication from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Based in Switzerland, Dan enjoys hiking in the Swiss Alps, visiting European cities on weekend breaks, and trying all sorts of Swiss chocolate. He speaks German and French, and is currently learning Polish.
