Mimeo’s production facilities are equipped to handle everything from orders of 1 document to thousands of documents at a moment’s notice. There are no minimum or maximum quantities. We maintain at minimum +25% over capacity at two fully redundant printing facilities which together total 220,000 square feet. Our Memphis facility is the largest overnight digital document print center in the United States. The new Newark facility is a showcase for the latest printing technology. Every day we produce millions of color and b&w images across 3 shifts, 6 days per week.

Each print center is located next to a shipping hub. By locating at the point of package distribution, our customers can save 40% to 50% off the carrier list cost of shipping. Orders literally move from press to transport to destination in hours.

Mimeo employs over 500 people with 200+ employees dedicated to print production. In addition, we have over 25 people that are assigned to quality control and measurement.

Our secure IT infrastructure is duplicated at two facilities and is designed to be fully redundant. The system was designed to provide lifetime document storage for all submitted customer files. Mimeo’s capacity metrics to support multiple customer ordering sessions and order fulfillment, are well below established industry performance thresholds.
