Is it safe to upload files that contain confidential information?

Yes. Any file you upload is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users that you authorize. Our secure server environment includes firewalls and other advanced technologies to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

I don't see the options I want. Do you offer additional services?

Yes. Along with our most popular document finishing options that you see available on our site, we can create a library of special formatting instructions to take care of your specific document finishing needs. We also have special project managers on staff who have resources for most print-related services.

Can we set up our own branded site for your services?

Yes. Mimeo.com offers branded printing centers that you can link to from your company Web site or Intranet. All branded sites have links to our sign-up pages, and any permanent Mimeo offer codes associated with your company can be automatically attached to users who sign up through your site. Permanent Special Instructions can also be set up for company-wide use.

How can I set up account credit so I don’t have to use a credit card?

You can set up a corporate credit account in minutes with your Account Representative. If you don’t know who your Account Representative is or do not have one, please contact Customer Care by calling 1.800.Go.Mimeo. You also have the option to set up account credit for multiple users within your organization, then bill all orders to one single corporate account or set to your different cost centers.

Does it take a long time to download the software?

Your download time depends on the speed of your connection to the Internet and your system availability. With a high-bandwidth connection, downloading our software can take seconds. If you have dial-up access, it may take longer to download and use the Mimeo.com interface.

Do you print from my application?

Mimeo's software allows you to print directly from your application and works with all of today's most commonly used software and Web browsers. You should be able to utilize the Mimeo printer from nearly every Windows application.

Is the Mimeo printer software available for Macintosh?

While our printer software is not available for Mac systems, we do have a Web-based PDF upload utility, and our site is fully functional with Mac OS X.
