Adam Slutsky Chief Executive Officer
Adam Slutsky

Adam Slutsky joined Mimeo.com as its Chief Executive Officer with nearly 20 years of experience creating market leaders by leveraging disruptive technologies.

Adam co-founded Moviefone and served as its Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director from its inception.

At Moviefone, Adam was responsible for numerous industry "firsts." These included the first national interactive telephone service (777-FILM), the first advertising-supported national network of local phone numbers, the first fully automated remote ticketing system and the first event ticket sales service using the Internet (moviefone.com).

Adam led Moviefone through its IPO in 1994 and its continued growth as a public company. In 1999, AOL acquired Moviefone for $550M. At AOL, Adam served as Senior Vice President of Advanced Services, where he led AOL's efforts to identify and introduce new premium services, including AOL Call Alert and AOL Voicemail.

Adam holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

John Delbridge Chief Operating Officer
John Delbridge

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, John Delbridge is responsible for developing the product and production strategies that meet the needs of Mimeo's diverse and rapidly expanding customer base. As a member of the founding team of Mimeo.com, John had served as Chief Financial Officer since its inception. Possessing more than 15 years of finance and operations experience.

John has played a key leadership role in defining the overall strategy of the company.

As CFO, John has been responsible for overseeing all financial, legal and human resource-related initiatives including the successful closing of multiple debt and equity financings totaling more than $50 million.

Prior to Mimeo.com, John served as a Vice President in Equity Research at Salomon Smith Barney covering the PC and Enterprise Software sectors. His previous experience at Salomon included serving on the staff of the Chief Administrative Officer for several years.

John holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

David Uyttendaele Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
David Uyttendaele

David Uyttendaele is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of Mimeo.com. David serves as the lead architect and visionary for technological development of Mimeo.com software and service. Prior to Mimeo.com, David co-founded Square Earth, which later merged with Proxicom.

At Square Earth, David oversaw the delivery of high-end Internet technology and distributed software solutions for companies such as Citibank, BMW, Merrill Lynch and AIG. He was responsible for building the technical team, overseeing all development, and setting the technical direction of the firm.

Prior to co-founding Square Earth, David served in the IT departments of Chase and Salomon Brothers and as a member of Microsoft's Internet Advisory Board. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Thomas J. Karrat Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Thomas J. Karrat

Tom Karrat brings over 15 years of sales and marketing expertise to Mimeo.com. In this newly created position Tom will be leading the international expansion of the sales and marketing team.

He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Yahoo HotJobs, where he managed a team of 300 people during his 4 years with the company. Prior to Yahoo, Tom was a General Manager of Storage Apps, where he managed Worldwide OEM and channel sales, business development, customer service, and field marketing. He began his career as a co-op student at EMC, when the company had revenues of $150 million. He rose to managing the largest division within the company, having responsibility for over $1 billion in annual sales and over 400 sales, consulting, and systems engineering personnel.

Tom holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Management from Northeastern University.

Coleen A. Smith Chief People Officer
Coleen A. Smith

In her role as Chief People Officer, Coleen Smith is in charge of career development, recruiting, retention, and related employee programs. She brings over twenty years of knowledge and expertise to the company. Prior to joining Mimeo.com, Coleen was the Managing Director for North America and Latin America at Marsh Inc., a unit of Marsh and McLennan companies. Before Marsh, Smith spent 16 years at Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held a variety of leadership positions including Vice President of Global Compensation, Vice President of Global People Development, and HR Director for several of their international divisions.

Smith has a Masters in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, NY State School of Industrial & Labor Relations, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova University.

Charlie Corr Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Charlie Corr

Charlie joins Mimeo.com with more than 28 years of printing industry experience. Prior to joining, Charlie was a Group Director for InfoTrends that is the leading market research and strategic consulting firm for the document solutions industry. At InfoTrends responsibilities included strategic consulting, market research and directing several continuous information services. He is one of the foremost global keynote speakers in the industry.

Charlie consulted with major corporations including Hewlett Packard, IBM, Kodak and Xerox as well as major print providers and large organizations with complex document requirements such as the IRS, General Mills and the Department of Defense. Prior to joining InfoTrends in 1998 he was responsible for operations of Printing & Publication Services at Harvard University where he was a pioneer in implementing digital print technology.

Charlie holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island. He has done postgraduate work at Claremont Graduate School and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has taught print related topics at Northeastern University.

Skip Trevathan

Skip Trevathan serves as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Production and Engineering with over 20 years of senior operations management experience focused in customer centric, rapid response service organizations.

Immediately prior to joining Mimeo.com, Skip served as VP/Global Offering Director for Electronic Data Systems, where he was responsible for service offering strategies, technical sales pursuits and delivery operations across four major distribution centers.

Previously, as COO of Kozmo.com, he oversaw fulfillment operations that spanned 11 cities and 19 distribution centers across the U.S.

Skip served as Managing Director of Logistics Operations at FedEx, where he managed all internal support inventories through an integrated global distribution network, and designed and operated critical supply chain solutions for companies such as IBM, Cisco Systems, and Philips Semiconductor. Skip holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee.

Scott Manner

Scott Manner has been at Mimeo.com since 1999 and serves as its Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for MIS, Knowledge Management, PMO and Total Quality Management.

Scott has more than 27 years experience in information technology and program management, including programming, system analysis, database design, QA simulation labs and infrastructure/systems architecture.

He has held executive leadership roles at both domestic and international start-up ventures. His career includes positions as Nynex, Bell Atlantic Mobile, KPMG and McKinsey.

Scott holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development from Manhattanville College and a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY at Geneseo. Scott is an adjunct professor in a Masters program at Manhattanville College where he teaches business ethics.

Chuck Gehman Vice President, Product Platforms
Chuck Gehman

In his role as Vice President of Product Platforms, Chuck Gehman manages the development of all Mimeo document platforms, including Mimeo Marketplace and Application Programming Interfaces with Mimeo partners.

Before joining Mimeo.com, Gehman was the Director of Product Management at EFI, Inc., where he led the product efforts for web-to-print and production workflow solutions used by thousands of companies worldwide. Before EFI, Inc., he was one of the founders and CTO of Printable Technologies.

Gehman is on the board of directors of the National Association of Printing Leadership (NAPL), and is a vice president of the Technical Association of the Graphic Arts (TAGA). He is also a member of the IEEE and the Internet Society.

Jeff Grill Vice President, Marketing
Jeff Grill

Jeff Grill joined Mimeo.com as its Vice President, Marketing with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in developing integrated marketing advertisement programs. Prior to joining Mimeo.com, Jeff served as President of the Romann Group, an advertising agency known for creative and strategic innovation.

His numerous industry accomplishments include providing key strategic guidance to such marquee clients as Verizon, ESPN, DirecTV and Computer Associates. While at Cablevision, Jeff held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing and directed the launch of their industry leading Optimum Online and Optimum Business products while overseeing its 70-person inhouse advertising communications group.

Before joining Cablevision, Jeff also held leadership positions at Young & Rubicam, Wunderman Direct and N.W. Ayer Advertising where he was also a board member.

Jeff holds an MBA in marketing from Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science and Marketing degree from Binghamton University.

Marc Hollander

Marc Hollander joins Mimeo.com as Vice President, Applications Development, with responsibility for building the technology that will extend Mimeo's position as the innovator in the print on demand industry. Marc will be leading teams that focus on the architecture that supports new product development, enhancement of existing products and the production tools needed to ensure that everything Mimeo produces is of the highest quality. Before joining Mimeo, marc was Vice President of Applications Development at Rodale, Inc. While there, he led a team of 30 people in successfully developing and executing a technical vision and architecture for multiple Rodale online properties such as Prevention.com and MensHealth.com.

Prior to that, Marc led the AOL Entertainment Engineering Group, a team of over 95 people spanning six locations, and was responsible for the architecture and development of some of the world's most passionately used applications including Moviefone IVR (777-FILM), Netscape Radio, Games and TV applications, CompuServe Welcome Page, and many other applications. Marc was the technical leader of a team that took Moviefone from a startup to an organization that was valued at $130 million at IPO to $550 million at time of acquisition by America Online.

Gary Millrood Vice President, Enterprise Sales
Gary Millrood

Gary Millrood joins the Mimeo team as Vice President, Enterprise Sales. Gary will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives for all enterprise prospects and customers. Prior to joining Mimeo.com, Gary served as Vice President and General Manager of OEM and Channel Development for SumTotal Systems, the leading provider of Talent Management Solutions. He served on the executive team and held sales leadership roles in both direct and channel sales. He was instrumental in increasing SumTotal's revenues by more than five times from 2002 to 2007. Gary has served on executive teams at a number of start-up companies that focused in on Talent Management solutions, as well as leading sales efforts for the ZD Studios division of Ziff Davis, a leading integrated media company serving the technology and video game markets.

Gary holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Marquette University.

Holly Muscolino

As Vice President, Product–Print Solutions, Holly Muscolino is responsible for leading the strategic planning, design and implementation of Mimeo’s print product and service offerings.

Holly has over 20 years of experience in the printing industry, with a focus on print production workflow and technology. Her past roles encompass software engineering, product management and product marketing. She also spent seven years as an industry analyst with InfoTrends, directing document outsourcing and production workflow practice areas. Holly holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University and a B.S. from the University of Connecticut.

Brian Rooney

Brian Rooney, Mimeo's Vice President of Print Technology, is leading Mimeo's Print Services and Production Tools technology teams as well as the Engineering group.

Brian has almost 20 years of experience in the bringing color digital printing systems and technologies to market. Prior to joining Mimeo.com, Brian served as the Chief Technology Officer at Pantone. His earlier positions included numerous senior level assignments in Xerox's Product Systems Group, with responsibilities for Product Development, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Planning. Brian holds a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.

Ben Shaw Vice President, U.S. Production
Ben Shaw

As one of Mimeo's original team members, Ben Shaw joined the company in January 2000 and has been a key contributor to its success. In his tenure at Mimeo, Ben has utilized his vast expertise in digital printing to implement and oversee the plant, standardize workflow processes, and ensure quality control.

Before joining Mimeo, Ben had an instrumental role at Standard Register, where he opened and managed the company's start-up digital printing facility in Memphis. Prior to that, he spent five years at R.R. Donnelly and Sons, where he worked as an integral member of their groundbreaking digital printing division, the first all-digital print facility in existence.
